As a proud alumnus of District 131 schools, Marmion Academy, Waubonsee Community College, and a holder of a bachelor's degree, I recognize the transformative power of education. Having experienced both public and private schooling, I see the tremendous value in all forms of education within our community. I believe in access to education for all and will champion education and educational programming, advocating for initiatives that support local schools and higher education institutions. A city must support its schools and those who are teaching our next generation of leaders and active community members.
